As part of The E-Z UP Experience, it is our commitment to provide superior products. If you are not completely satisfied with your E-Z UP purchase for any reason, we will make it right. You will need to notify us in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You can return your product for a replacement, exchange for another product, or refund within 7 days of your purchase date. 

 

E-Z UP's guarantee doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or naturally caused accidents.

Returning Items

You can return your purchase from E-Z UP by mail, regardless if you made your purchase online or over the phone. Proof of purchase is required.

Please retain all product packaging until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Please return the product and all packaging together. The packaging must be in good order; we will not accept ripped or torn packaging sent back to us. 

You are responsible for arranging the return of the goods. You are responsible for the goods until they reach our depot. It is important that you use a secure and traceable delivery service. Adequate insurance needs to cover the value of the goods and a signature upon delivery to our company must be included when you arrange the return to us at E-Z UP UK.

Upon receipt, you will receive a refund less 5% handling charge of the purchase price and minus the original shipping costs to your address on the cost of the original goods within 30 days of the goods arriving to us.

Custom Items

If returning a custom or bespoke printed item or order, we reserve the right to refuse a request for any return or refunds once the designs have been approved and "signed off" by the customer.

Mailing Your Return

Please include your name, email address and proof of purchase. Proof of purchase can be a receipt, packing slip, order confirmation, etc.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. Goods must be unused.

Right of withdrawal (consumer)

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancelling, you have another 7 days to return your product to us. Upon receipt, you will receive a refund less 5% handling charge of the purchase price and minus the original shipping costs to your address. You are responsible for the return costs from your home to E-Z UP UK . If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will have to be returned to E-Z UP UK with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original state and packaging. Once the goods are received, E-Z UP UK will inspect the goods and process quality control checks to confirm the goods have not be used and all items have been returned.
